No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a RockyMountainSnowmobile RA#. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging, with tags attached, and unused. Customers will be charged only actual freight and no restocking fee if exchange of equal value or greater is made. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of order date. Customers must contact RockyMountainSnowmobile to receive a unique RA #. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, along with actual shipping charges to and from the customer for the order. All custom order sales are final with no refunds being issued. All closeout sales are final with no refunds being issued.
We offer free ground shipping on most orders over $150 to the lower 48 states. Some exceptions to the free freight policy are Boss Seats, some complete exhaust systems, some running boards, and other large or heavy items. Actual shipping will apply on these exceptions. Orders under $150 to the lower 48 states will be charged a flat rate of only $9 per shipment for ground freight. UPS is our preferred carrier. Overnight, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available to most areas. Orders may be expedited at the request and expense of the customer. Please call, email, or include a request in the order for expedited shipments. For your convenience, we automatically send you a UPS tracking number so you know when your package will arrive. On some drop-shipments, your tracking number may not be e-mailed to you directly unless requested otherwise.
Free freight does not apply to orders from Alaska and Hawaii. Actual shipping charges apply to all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Rocky Mountain Snowmobile ships all over the world every day. We are happy to ship via UPS or USPS at the discretion of the customer. We charge a $20 handling fee, in addition to actual shipping charges, for all International USPS shipments. Insurance and tracking is available with UPS and USPS shipments.
Not everything listed on this site is always available. Often times products can be shipped direct to you from our main distributors. If there is a delay in your order, you should be notified by e-mail, or called direct to be aware of the delay.
We appreciate the business from our international customers. Rocky Mountain Snowmobile has so many great products to offer you. A 5% transaction fee is charged on all orders outside of the U.S. and Canada. Since we are unable to verify addresses on international orders, some orders are held for 1-2 weeks to ensure proper funds transfer.
